Glitz and glamor at Cary Santiago’s couture gala Xim

Another shining night stands out among a sea of events as of late as DiaGold launched its latest collection, Crowned Jewels, in collaboration with celebrated fashion designer Cary Santiago. 

The two Cebu natives showed us the ingenuity and talent that springs from their roots. Shangri-La The Fort set up the perfect backdrop for the beauty that was unveiled that night!

With an audience of tastemakers, visionaries and cultural influencers, the two brands redefined luxury for this era’s kings and queens. Santiago wowed us with a 50-piece collection featuring his sculptural technique and influences from the powerful kingdom animalia. 

Meanwhile, the jewelry brand elevated the looks with bold and vibrant gemstones that commanded attention without holding down class. Together, they are a match made in fashion heaven! 

Strength meets softness.Craftsmanship meets creative vision. It was truly iconic — and a great first solo show for Santiago in Manila in a decade. 

The magnificent collection was the perfect main course to the party’s delicious spread and overflowing libations. Loved the entire collection! 

The temptation is real! But I survived with just looking. Partly because I went home with a stunning pair of earrings worth P90,000. This was my prize for being the “Gem Lady of the Night.” Such an honor to get this title, thank you dear Jennifer Que Viloria and DiaGold team! All in all, I had a gem of a time. Cheers!
