After recent typhoons left many vehicles waterlogged, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) is stepping in to help. The carmaker has rolled out its 2025 Flood Assistance Program, or S.O.S. (Support On Standby), to give vehicle owners a financial break on repairs.
Starting 6 August until 6 November, MMPC is offering up to 30 percent off on selected genuine parts for Mitsubishi vehicles damaged by floodwaters. The discount covers crucial components like electronics, engine parts, and other systems often hit hardest when cars are submerged. The offer is available at all DTI-accredited Mitsubishi dealerships nationwide.
“This program reflects our strong commitment to supporting our customers during difficult times,” shared MMPC After Sales executive vice president Toko Imai. “We understand that our customers rely on their vehicles, not just for convenience, but also for their livelihoods and families. Their trust in Mitsubishi is something we value deeply, and this program is one way we can give back by helping them recover quickly, he added.
Owners can bring their flood-affected vehicles to participating dealers, where authorized service teams will assess and carry out repairs. The discount applies only to jobs using genuine Mitsubishi parts, ensuring safety and quality for all models officially sold by MMPC.
The program is part of MMPC’s continuing disaster relief efforts, aimed at helping customers and communities bounce back after severe weather.
