A new workspace at the country’s busiest landport is offering a different kind of office for businesses looking to cut costs and redefine their operational models.

The OFFIX, located inside the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), is a new office space designed for businesses that require efficiency, mobility and scalability without the high overhead of traditional commercial offices. The space is geared toward BPO teams, logistics companies, government units and aviation support companies.

It is also directly connected to the LRT-1’s PITX (Asiaworld) Station, providing easy access to a large pool of commuters from both Cavite and Metro Manila.

According to Jason Salvador, director for corporate affairs and government relations, the space offers a smart alternative to traditional offices.

“This is where connectivity meets cost-efficiency,” Salvador said. “It’s ideal for those that require fast deployment, operational scalability, and a Metro South presence that’s strategically linked to all major movement corridors.”

One of its key tenants, Lalamove Philippines, moved its operations from Makati to PITX in 2023. Djon Nacario, managing director of Lalamove Philippines, said the move has improved his employees’ quality of life.

“Aside from lowering operational costs, our teams now enjoy easier, more affordable commutes via LRT-1 and direct transport links,” Nacario said. “The area also offers plenty of food and lifestyle options, making it a convenient and practical choice for our workforce.”

The move also supports Lalamove’s need for dispatch proximity and quick courier turnarounds, as PITX’s intermodal setup places them at the center of Metro Manila’s and Cavite’s logistics arteries.
