Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) is celebrating a major win on the global stage after bagging a Bronze Stevie® Award at the 2025 Stevie® Awards for Great Employers — joining global names like IBM and DHL Global Forwarding.

The recognition, in the Employer of the Year category for Real Estate, makes FLI the sole Philippine winner in the category, alongside multinational giants.

The global honor comes on the heels of FLI’s local recognition as one of the Philippines’ Best Employers for 2025 by a major broadsheet and Statista — solidifying its place as a people-first company built by people, for people.

The Stevie Awards for Great Employers spotlights organizations that go the extra mile to create outstanding workplaces. FLI was singled out from entries across 35 countries for its data-driven, people-centered HR strategy — from hiring and training to employee engagement and retention.

“We grow because our people grow,” said Tristan Las Marias, president and CEO of Filinvest Land. “This recognition reaffirms that our greatest assets are our employees. Their passion drives our mission to build lasting dreams for Filipinos.”

Workplace where people grow, stay

In 2024, Filinvest Land recorded a 95-percent on-time hiring rate and a 97-percent job offer acceptance rate — a testament to its efficient recruitment system. It also prioritized employee growth, offering an average of 45 training hours per employee per year, in partnership with top institutions like the Asian Institute of Management.

Gender inclusivity is woven into its leadership pipeline, with women comprising over half of future leadership roles. Beyond career development, employee wellness takes center stage.

FLI provides full HMO coverage, free mental health counseling, and open channels for employee feedback. Its internal survey initiative, Filinvest Listens, saw 100-percent employee participation, reinforcing a culture of transparency and trust.
