A man listed as number one top most wanted person in Tarlac province was arrested in San Juan City through a swift and responsive police operation conducted on Thursday night.
The accused, a 66-year-old male resident of Barangay Addition Hills, is wanted for qualified rape of a minor by sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness.
He is facing four criminal charges, including one count of qualified rape and three counts of acts of lasciviousness, with recommended bail totaling P504,000.
Personnel from the local police station’s warrant and subpoena section, in coordination with their counterparts from the originating province, served the warrants of arrest issued by a regional trial court in Tarlac.
The suspect was arrested at his residence along Capt. Roja Street, Barangay Addition Hills, San Juan City.
