JBL unveils next-gen audio tech with new Tour One M3 headphone series

JBL is making waves in the audio world with the launch of its latest over-ear headphones, the JBL Tour One M3 Smart Tx and JBL Tour One M3. Combining premium design and breakthrough features such as Hi-Res Bluetooth, lossless audio, and True Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0, the new models mark a leap forward in personal sound technology.

At the center of the launch is the JBL Smart Tx audio transmitter, a first-of-its-kind innovation from JBL that allows wireless playback from any USB-C or analog source. Designed for versatility, it enables seamless audio transmission from devices like inflight entertainment systems, TVs, PCs, and tablets. “The JBL Tour One M3 Smart Tx is embodiment of a revolutionary advancement,” said Grace Koh, General Manager and Vice President, Consumer Audio, Harman Asia Pacific.

JBL showcased this next-level technology through a one-of-a-kind experience, blending music and cinema at an event where guests wore the new headphones while enjoying a synchronized movie and live musical performances by Clara Benin and Janine Teñoso.

The event highlighted JBL’s commitment to innovation and lifestyle-driven solutions. With the Tour One M3 Smart Tx, listeners gain full control over music playback, calls, EQ settings, and broadcasting via Auracast to multiple devices.

The Tour One M3 also features next-gen 40mm Mica Dome drivers, delivering detailed audio with deep bass and crisp highs. It supports both Hi-Res Bluetooth and lossless USB-C connections, ensuring high-fidelity audio whether at home or on the move. JBL Spatial 360 with integrated head tracking keeps sounds in place, adding realism to the listening experience.

Users can further tailor their audio through the JBL Headphones app’s Personi-Fi 3.0, which builds a custom hearing profile using a detailed hearing test and a 12-band EQ.

For those on the go, the Tour One M3 headband includes JBL True Adaptive Noise Cancelling 2.0, powered by an advanced 8-microphone system. The headphones monitor external sounds and adjust in real time, while features like Ambient Aware and TalkThru offer flexibility in staying connected to surroundings.

Built for both comfort and performance, the Tour One M3 features memory foam ear cushions, long battery life of up to 70 hours, and beamforming microphone tech with AI-powered voice clarity. It is also Zoom-certified for wired use, making it a fitting choice for hybrid lifestyles.
