Maynilad Water Services Inc. announced that it will carry out septic tank desludging in several barangays throughout the month of July as part of its ongoing sanitation program.
In an advisory posted on Facebook, the water concessionaire reminded customers that the service is free of charge, but only for households whose septic tanks have not been cleaned by Maynilad in the past five years.
Residents in areas covered by the July schedule do not need to set an appointment. Maynilad’s desludging teams will go door to door to provide the service directly.
Customers in areas not included in the current schedule but who are due for septic tank cleaning may still request the service by calling the Maynilad Hotline at 1626 or by filling out the online form at https://forms.office.com/r/BVbq5wKMiU. A Maynilad representative will follow up to confirm the appointment.
The company said it will strictly adhere to the scheduled rotation of barangays and urged residents to take advantage of the free service, which is already included in their regular water bill.
The full list of areas scheduled for desludging this month is available on Maynilad’s official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/17E62zuB5j/
