CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — A still unidentified man was in serious condition after he was hit by a multicab and hit again and ran over by car along the national highway in Lapasan Cagayan de Oro City early Saturday morning.
The City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office reported that the victim was crossing the highway when he was hit by a multicab traveling southward.

The multicab sped away from the accident scene when the rescue team and police arrived.
