A 31-year-old social media influencer known for her hiking content was found dead after going missing near a trail in a Scottsdale nature preserve, local authorities confirmed.
Police identified the woman as Hannah Moody, who was reported missing Thursday evening (Philippine time) by friends after she failed to return from a hike. Her body was located around noon Friday, approximately 600 yards off-trail.
Scottsdale police said there were no immediate signs of foul play or visible injuries. Investigators are awaiting the results of a medical examination to determine the cause of death.
Moody, described by followers as an experienced hiker and known online for her inspirational posts, had been hiking alone when she went missing.
The case remains under investigation.
