Filipino singer and international theater star Rachelle Ann Go is once again stepping into the iconic role of Fantine as she joins the Les Misérables Arena Tour, a special production commemorating the musical’s 40th anniversary.

Taking to her Facebook page, Rachelle expressed her excitement: “I am absolutely thrilled to be playing Fantine... It's Les Mis as you've never seen it before.”

She shared that reprising the role remains deeply meaningful to her. “This show has been a significant part of my career, and I am honored to celebrate the 40th anniversary of this legendary show,” she said.

Rachelle has previously portrayed Fantine in several international productions of Les Misérables, including West End and Asian tours, earning acclaim for her emotional and powerful performances.

Fantine remains one of the most heartbreaking and unforgettable characters in musical theater—a single mother forced into hardship, sacrificing everything for her daughter, Cosette.

According to cameronmackintosh.com, the Les Misérables Arena Tour will perform in over 15 countries and regions worldwide, bringing the beloved story to a new global audience.

Rachelle’s international theater career began in 2014, when she moved to London after being cast in the West End revival of Miss Saigon, launching her rise as a global performer.
