Kean Cipriano mourns the loss of his mother: "Sobrang wasak puso ko ngayon"

Kean Cipriano grieves the passing of his beloved mother, Chona Cipriano.
In a deeply emotional Facebook post, the musician and actor poured out his heartache, describing the suddenness and pain of her departure.

"Napakasakit. Napakabilis ng mga pangyayari. Nakakatakot. Nakakayanig."
("It's so painful. Everything happened so fast. It's scary. It's devastating.") Kean began, capturing the shock and disbelief that often accompany such a profound loss.

He expressed the agony of witnessing his mother's suffering, writing, "Napakasakit na makita kang nahihirapan. Hindi mo deserve yon. I’m so sorry you had to go through that pain." Kean also shared his deep sadness that his mother was taken too soon, lamenting that she deserved more time to explore herself and experience life's beauty with her loved ones. "Sobra akong nalulungkot dahil deserve mo pang mas makilala ang sarili mo at maexperience pa ang beauty ng buhay kasama ng mga taong mahal mo." However, he found solace in knowing her pain has ended, stating, "Pero payapa ako na tapos na ang paghihirap."

In his heartfelt tribute, Kean spoke of sensing his mother’s presence in subtle, meaningful ways.
“Alam kong nagpaparamdam ka sa mga kanta. Nararamdaman kita sa hangin” (“I know you're making your presence felt through songs. I feel you in the air”), he wrote, suggesting a belief in a spiritual connection that transcends physical absence.

The outpouring of love for his mother has been a source of comfort during this difficult time.
"Yung pagmamahal na binigay mo sa lahat ng taong naging parte ng buhay mo, ay naibuhos sa’min nitong mga nakaraang araw. Ang daming nagmamahal sa'yo, Mommy. Pare-pareho sila ng sinasabi: ‘Napakabait ng Mommy n'yo. Napakabuti ng puso. Walang masamang tinapay.'"
("The love you gave to everyone who was part of your life has been poured out to us these past few days. So many people love you, Mommy. They all say the same thing: ‘Your Mommy was so kind. Her heart was so good. She had no bad intentions.'")

Kean expressed his deep gratitude for having shared this life with his mother.
"Nagpapasalamat ako na nakasama kita sa buhay na ’to, Mommy, Chona Cipriano. Salamat sa pagmamahal. Salamat sa lahat-lahat."

"Sobrang mamimiss kita. Sobra. Yung ngiti mo. Yung boses at tawa mo, yung mga yakap at halik. Mamimiss ko yung palagi mong sinasabi sa’kin na ‘Kean, ’wag ka masyado magpa-stress sa work ha. Relax ka lang.'"

The reality of moving forward without his mother is a heavy burden.
“Sobrang wasak puso ko ngayon, Mommy. Hindi ko pa rin matanggap. Magsisimula ako na mabuhay nang wala ka. Ang bigat. Ang lungkot. Pero yung pagmamahal mo ang dadalhin ko para umusad.”
