Guest rooms embrace an open-concept layout that integrates the wardrobe, vanity and bathroom to enhance spatial flow. A multifunctional bay window area combines a study or a sofa seating. The interiors are inspired by coastal landscapes, with its sandy beach tones, light timber flooring and bronze metal detailing.
The serviced apartments/residences, on the other hand, take inspiration from bright, sunlight coastal hues with shades of gray and light timber. Its floor-to-ceiling windows invite natural daylight for a fresh and home-like ambience. The living area and kitchen are designed to cater to long-staying guests.

Lanson Place is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wing Tai Properties Limited, a publicly listed company in Hong Kong, that currently manages six properties (in which Wing Tai has equity in two) under the Lanson Place brand, comprising luxury Personal Hotels and Residences in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, as well as two new properties in Manila and Melbourne.
