Century Properties Group, Inc. (CPG), through its first-home brand PHirst, has introduced its second township project in Nasugbu, Batangas to help address the country’s housing backlog.

In a stock exchange report on Thursday, the company said the 142-hectare Century PHirst Centrale Batulao along the Nasugbu-Tagaytay National Highway was launched last month.

The mixed-use estate, which integrates residential, commercial, institutional, and retail developments, follows the “15-minute city” concept, ensuring that essential services and amenities are within easy reach of residents.

“With the launch of Century PHirst Centrale Batulao, we are not only addressing the housing needs of Filipino families but also contributing to the growth of Batangas and the Southern Luzon region,” said Ricky M. Celis, president of PHirst.

“This township project will create more jobs, support the local economy, and offer affordable and mid-tier housing options, helping alleviate the country’s housing backlog.”

CPG said the new township aims to replicate the success of PHirst Centrale Hermosa in Bataan, which was launched in March 2022.

Expansion underway

Alongside the launch, PHirst unveiled PHirst Editions Batulao Vol. 2 West, a 10-hectare residential village, following the PHirst Editions Batulao Vol. 1.

The new development offers 496 homes with floor areas ranging from 54 to 120 square meters, priced from P4.5 million. Available model units include Cartland 54, Charles 70, Christie 90, and Corin 120.

In November 2024, PHirst also expanded its PHirst Impressions Batulao project, with price points starting at P2.5 million, further strengthening its residential portfolio.

“By developing integrated, well-planned communities, we are not just building homes, we are shaping dynamic environments where families and businesses can grow together,” said CPG president and CEO and PHirst vice chairman Marco R. Antonio.
