Century Properties Group (CPG) is expanding beyond its condominium business with the launch of a 25-hectare house-and-lot development in General Trias, Cavite.
CPG formally opened the show village of Cerulean Residences this week, introducing a master-planned residential community with 1,100 homes designed around a resort-inspired lifestyle.
Located in Barangay San Francisco along Arnaldo Highway, the project is positioned near Governor’s Drive, Aguinaldo Highway and the Cavite-Laguna Expressway.
Designed by Singapore-based Pomeroy Studio, which also worked on CPG’s Azure and Acqua projects, Cerulean Residences features three main zones for sports and fitness, green spaces and water attractions.
CPG managing director Carlo Antonio said the project brings the resort-oriented lifestyle of the company’s developments into a suburban setting.
“Filipino families have always gravitated toward the water,” Antonio said. “What we learned from Azure and Acqua is that people do not just want to visit that feeling on a holiday, they want to come home to it.”
The two-story model homes feature contemporary designs and minimalist interiors. The units are designed to accommodate changing family needs, including work-from-home arrangements, according to the company.
The homes will also come with perimeter fences, gates and two-car garages with provisions for electric vehicle chargers upon turnover.
CPG is also developing Century Lifepark, a commercial strip outside the residential village that will offer retail and daily essentials to residents and the surrounding community.
Antonio said the project is intended to offer an aspirational but attainable housing option for growing families.
“Move Up, Live Better is what four decades of building has taught us families are actually asking for,” Antonio said. “They want something better than what they have, in a community they can be proud of, without stretching beyond what makes sense for them. It is aspirational but attainable.”
