DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (DigiPlus), the company behind digital entertainment platforms BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone, is stepping into a larger league as it joins the FTSE All-Cap Index and FTSE Total-Cap Index next month.

After the market closes on 21 March, the company will be upgraded in the indices, reflecting its growing market influence and appeal to global investors.

The FTSE All-Cap Index tracks large, mid, and small-cap companies, while the FTSE Total-Cap Index extends coverage to include micro-cap firms, collectively representing over 99 percent of the global investable market.

DigiPlus chairman Eusebio Tanco said the inclusion, which signals compliance with stringent capitalization and liquidity standards, is expected to unlock new opportunities for the company.

“Being included in the FTSE All-Cap and Total-Cap Indices reflects the strength of our fundamentals and the momentum we have built over the past year. This milestone reinforces our position in the broader investment community, opening new opportunities to further scale our business and create lasting value for our shareholders,” Tanco said.

DigiPlus ended 2024 with 40 million registered users, doubling its 2023 count of 20 million. To sustain its growth, the company is rolling out new products designed for Filipino players.

Last year, DigiPlus introduced Pinoy Drop Ball, the country’s first live-streamed dropball game, inspired by traditional Filipino carnival games. It also launched Super Ace Jackpot, a high-stakes slot game offering jackpots of up to P200 million and individual prizes as high as P30 million.

The game features card-based mechanics, a unique multiplier system, and four jackpot levels.

These new offerings are expected to drive revenue growth by attracting players seeking culturally resonant and high-stakes gaming experiences.
