More than a week after their bold fashion statement at the 2025 Grammys, there's no end to reports suggesting that Kanye West and Bianca Censori are on the brink of divorce.

Has the controversial couple, known for their highly public relationship and controversial stunts, reached a breaking point?

Insiders have told TMZ that the couple never signed a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot.

Rumors also said that Kanye’s team has been exploring legal options since October, when rumors of marital issues first began to emerge.

On Thursday, the outlet reported that West and Censori, whose relationship has been described as “definitely rocky,” had both contacted divorce attorneys.

Shortly after, Milo Yiannopoulos, the couple’s representative, slammed rumors of the pending divorce and said the couple were “about to enjoy Valentine's Day together,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Yiannopoulos also dismissed claims that Censori was a battered woman. 

He asserted that while the musician is the “final authority” on Censori’s clothes, she is the “driving creative force and inspiration” behind her fashion statement.

“Any announcements regarding their private life will come directly from them,” talent firm Tarantula said.
