Oori is the upscale, two-concept Korean restaurant of Sheraton Manila, another premium hotel managed by Marriott International. With Chef Kibum Park at the helm, Oori serves a full menu of Korean barbecue (KBBQ), quality wagyu steaks, sustainable seafood, and imported Duroc pig barbecued over charcoal on each table.
“When the idea of offering authentic Korean dishes was put to the table, we immediately thought of Chef Kibum Park of Oori. We found Korean food to be a great fit with our commitment to providing a balance of wellness and culinary delight,” Casanova said.
The featured Korean dishes will be included in the buffet lineup are Samgyeopsal, Kimchi Chicken, Beef Bulgogi, Jeyuk Bokkeum (Stir fried spicy pork belly), Dakgangjung (Korean fried chicken), So Galbi Jjim (braised beef short rib), Tofu Jorim (braised tofu), Haemul Japchae (stir fried glass noodle with seafood), Kimchi fried rice and Andong Jjimdak. Other highlights will be prepared and served a la minute by the guest chef at the One Dish Wonders live station.
