Singer-songwriter Rico Blanco has expanded his entrepreneurial ventures with the opening of Motel Mambo, a boutique hotel located along MacArthur Highway in Urbiztondo, San Juan, La Union.
On social media, Blanco expressed his joy and gratitude, sharing that the project was a long-time dream finally realized.
“This La Union hotel has been a dream that took me 8 years to fulfill. I’m so blessed and thankful to have talented, hardworking, and fun artist friends taking a much-deserved break, unwinding, and recharging with me on my first time back since our doors officially opened,” he captioned his post.
Blanco also thanked his friends in the industry for their support, including Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, Shaira Luna, Pat Lasaten, Agnes Reoma, BINI Maloi, Ischi Mendoza, and Joshua Caleb Lua. “Thank you for the core memories. Love you guys,” he added, ending with a red heart emoji.
Motel Mambo features cozy loft rooms designed for couples and families, blending comfort with style. Its prime location in the heart of La Union’s bustling beach town makes it an ideal destination for vacationers seeking relaxation and a vibrant community atmosphere.
This new venture adds to Blanco’s growing portfolio as a successful entrepreneur, further highlighting his creative influence beyond the music industry.
