MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — City Councilor Jun Castro has offered P50,000 to anyone who can provide information on the missing Sto. Niño crown stolen from the Our Lady of Grace Parish (OLGP) here on Thursday.
On his FB page, Castro offered the reward in exchange for information that will lead to the recovery of the said crown.
The OLGP likewise announced on their FB page that criminals “broke into the Parish through the left-side door, using it as a point of entry. Upon investigation, we discovered that several items in the Parish were displaced, including media equipment, the crown and areola of Our Lady of Grace, and the trespotencia of Sto. Cristo del Perdon.”
The OLGP FB page cited that the only missing item is the Crown of Sto. Niño.
“We ask that anyone who may come across this item, or have information about its whereabouts, to please contact Bro. Ken Policarpio at 0947974557. Rest assured that we are taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of our Parish.”
