The 10-hectare subdivision features modern single-attached two-storey houses with lot sizes ranging from 88 to 110 square meters (sqm). Each home boasts spacious interiors, a floor area of 104 sqm, and ample room for future expansion.
Located about an hour and a half drive from Manila, the project is situated south of Leviste Avenue, providing easy access to daily family and work-life establishments such as schools, shopping malls, convenience stores and landmark churches.
