It has everything to do with time. That’s what I believe. Resolutions are designed for people to organize their priorities in keeping with the notion that for every year that passes, one loses the time to catch up on goals that should have been accomplished sooner rather than later.
So yes. Time management. This is because you want to avoid regretting that you lost your timing while planning out your life. In short, you do not want to look back and tell yourself “Where did the time go?”

Start simply
Actually, the simplest goals may seem like the hardest. For example; The most challenging of tasks is to lose the last five pounds or to gain the first five!
Take it from me. I have counseled many other people over the past years . The secret is in one’s staying power. Many give up on day five of their weight loss (or gain) program. It is certainly about having faith in yourself and trusting in the process. That’s right. Step one leads to step two. And you must have the patience to see things through to the very end. The idea is to reach the finish line. There is no room for giving up.
How simple is this:
* Drink more water daily.
*Drink less alcohol.
*Stop smoking.
*Eat more greens.
* Sleep more.
*Laugh daily.
Top 7
1. Be kinder to yourself.
2. Quiet the mind. Fight stress with calm. Meditate.
3. Eat and drink healthy.
4. Be active. Exercise.
5. Share your heart only with those who are worthy.
6. Forgive. Let go.
7. Believe that all will be well.
Affirmation : Beginning today, my life will be better than yesterday.
Love and Light.
*Laugh a lot more.
* Smile daily.
*Practice gratitude every day. Just say Thank You.
No regrets
Whatever the outcome, which is normally a successful one, you should be proud of yourself. Some may find it easy to stick to a resolution while others may slacken along the way. But that’s okay . Everyone has an inner sense of rhythm and must follow at their own pace. No judgement here.
