This Christmas season, Cebu Pacific (CEB) is reaffirming its dedication to traveler comfort and safety as the busiest travel season draws near.

To make trips by travelers more convenient and seamless, CEB is providing the following reminders:

•Check the airport terminal assignment of your flight. It is highly recommended that travelers check their boarding passes and itineraries before heading to the airport, paying particular attention to the aircraft number and terminal assignment. Each flight number starts with either 5J or DG:

• 5J flights are operated by Cebu Pacific using larger commercial jet aircraft. These flights to and from Manila arrive at and depart from Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3.

• DG flights are operated by Cebgo using smaller turboprop aircraft. These flights to and from Manila currently operate from NAIA Terminal 2 (along NAIA Road, Pasay City). All DG flights to and from Manila have been relocated to NAIA Terminal 2.

•Be on time at the airport. Passengers are advised to allow extra time for traffic on the way to the airport due to the anticipated increase in road traffic during the busiest travel season. For domestic flights, it is recommended that travelers arrive at the airport at least three hours before departure, and for international flights, at least four hours. It is possible for passengers bound for Dubai to check in up to seven hours before their time of departure.

To guarantee that there is enough time for all required pre-flight procedures, check-in counters close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights and one hour before the scheduled departure time for international flights.

To prevent delays, we advise travelers to proceed straight through immigration and final security after checking in. Forty-five minutes before the time of departure, boarding begins.

• Check-in online: By checking in through the Manage Booking section of the CEB website or the official CEB mobile app, long lines at the airport can be avoided. For domestic flights, both options are available up to one hour before the scheduled departure time, and for international flights, up to four hours before the scheduled departure time.

Passengers who have checked in online and do not have check-in baggage may enter through NAIA Terminal 3 Gate 1 and go straight to the boarding gates. They only need to show their digital boarding pass to enter.

• The check-in counters for CEB are located at Aisles A and B of NAIA Terminal 3. Passengers who have not checked in online may proceed to Counters A17-A29 and B1-B15, while passengers who have already checked in online can proceed to Counters A1-A15.

•Accomplish travel forms. Passengers traveling abroad are advised to register or update their eTravel forms at least 72 hours or three days before their departure from and arrival in the Philippines.

They should also preserve the QR code that is created at the end of the form to ensure a seamless experience at the immigration counters.

For roundtrip international flights, passengers are required to complete the eTravel form twice — once for the departure flight and again for the arrival flight.

Once the eTravel QR code has been generated, fill out the Customs Declaration Form before your arrival.
