DRIFTING ALONG NAVOTAS RIVER
Fishermen drift along the river in Navotas on Monday, 9 September 2024. The State Weather Bureau PAGASA reported that they are monitoring two low-pressure areas (LPAs) outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), with one possibly developing into a typhoon. One of the LPAs has already entered PAR.
