Motor vehicles were seen driving down Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City, according to Land Transportation Office (LTO) chief on Friday, 3 January 2025. A total of 29,709 motor vehicles were impounded in 2024, reflecting a 21.93 percent increase compared to the 24,366 vehicles impounded in 2023, he said.
