65 ILOCOS NORTE POLICE TRAINED FOR TYPHOON RESPONSE

WATCH: Police Colonel Frederick Obar, INPPO provincial director, informed DAILY TRIBUNE that 65 police officers in Ilocos Norte have recently completed disaster relief and assistance training. The province, which is often affected by typhoons, is intensifying its preparedness measures in response to strong typhoon such as "Carina".
