Rotary Club of Bagumbayan-Manila awards Ten Outstanding OFWs
Annually, for the past six years, RCBM’s flagship project gives recognition to 10 OFWS for their contribution to nation building and economic development through their remittances, for demonstrating exemplary leadership in community service, outstanding performance in their chosen fields, and serving as Samaritans to their fellow workers

Lacuna-Pangan (2nd from left) was the guest of honor and speaker during the successful awarding ceremony of Ten Outstanding OFWS, a flagship project of the Rotary Club of Bagumbayan-Manila (RCBM) now on its 6th year last. The awarding ceremonies were held at the Midas & Casino Hotel, Pasay City on 11 April 2024. Awardees and officials of RCBM were (from left) RCBM president Jojo Uy Ching, Mayor Lacuna, Engr Cipriano Abdon of Kuwait, Captain Gerald Flora, seaman and Master Mariner and represented by his wife, Ms. Flora, Captain Rodel Mangaba, seaman and Master Mariner, Evelyn Refugio of United Arab Emirates, Leah de Guzman of Indonesia, Hope Francisco of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Roseller Martinez of Japan and Thailand, RCBM past president Manny Inserto, chairman of this flagship project, RCBM past president Eric Marquez, adviser and RCBM past district governor Ernie Choa, adviser. Not in the photo are Rodel Nacianceno A.K.A. Coco Martin of Canada, Dr. Joseph Berlin Juanzon of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Dr. Ronald P.
