March is the season of giving our whole-hearted salute to all the ladies, and iWantTFC, the home of Filipino stories, showcases women from all walks of life with shows and films from its wide array of content that can be streamed for free as we celebrate Women's Month.
For the strong and independent women, iWantTFC has them covered with these picks to embrace their valiant spirit, including the heroic adventures of the iconic Pinoy heroine Darna in Mars Ravelo's Darna starring Jane de Leon; Maja Salvador's feisty portrayal in the trending 2017 teleserye Wildflower and the immortal Lobo saga — featuring Angel Locsin's Lobo and Imortal, plus Kathryn Bernardo's La Luna Sangre.
As we celebrate womanhood, let's not forget our beloved moms, who raised us with unconditional love. As a fitting act of gratitude for their countless efforts, viewers can enjoy streaming for free the iWantTFC original Misis Piggy, top-billed by Sylvia Sanchez — a show dedicated to the sacrifices all mothers make for their families.
Also, audiences can have a laugh and be moved by the friendship of Wilma (Pokwang) and Maricel (Melai Cantiveros) in their hopes of finding love while working their way to achieve their ambitions in life in the 2016 Kapamilya rom-com series, We Will Survive.
Along with these Kapamilya shows dedicated to women from different walks of life, iWantTFC also curated a list of films that they can be appreciated this Women's Month. Ladies can aspire to do everything beyond conventional borders, such as Judy Ann Santos' adventurous role as a female boxer to save her family's business in Bakit 'Di Totohanin and be a crime-fighting lady boss like Anne Curtis in the action-thriller hit Buy Bust.
For all the proud sisters, bond over your sisterhood by channeling your inner Teddy, Bobbie, Alex and Gabbie while having a laugh and cry with their antics and relatable moments in the iconic Star Cinema drama-comedy hit Four Sisters and A Wedding.
Meanwhile, appreciate the resilient spirit of a woman's heart in the classic Nora Aunor starrer Bulaklak sa City Jail and in Vilma Santos' unconventional role under the limelight in Ekstra.
Catch these empowering titles and more for free on the iWantTFC app (iOS and Android) and its official website (iwanttfc.com). Apart from these, audiences can view series of curated titles dedicated to Women›s Month, with its "Iconic Women" and "Girl Power" selections.
