Twenty-one-year-old Zoe Cameron, a junior Business Administration major in Financial Management at the University of San Carlos, was crowned Miss Cebu 2024. She was hailed by Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama, Cebu First Lady Malou Rama and Miss Cebu 2023 Kefaiah Pellerin Al-Zhair.
