“ Parañaque City has been a consistent awardee as the most business-friendly LGU finalist for 2017-2020.

Olivarez brothers are in full force in support of Bongbong Marcos' programs for micro, small and medium enterprises.
The promotion of MSMEs is a joint economic project of City Mayor Eric Olivarez and his Kuya, Ist District Representative Edwin Olivarez.
Rep. Olivarez expressed full support for MSMEs during the opening of DAILY TRIBUNE's "Tindahan ni Tarsee" Christmas Bazaar at Ayala Malls Manila Bay, assuring that Parañaque City is always open to lending services to MSMEs.
The Mega City by the Bay joined the launching of the "Metro Fiesta Connect, Sustain, Emerge 2023" held in Palm Drive Activity Center, Glorietta 2 Makati City.
The Department of Trade and Industry organized the Regional Trade Fair involving the entire National Capital Region or NCR. More than 60 micro, small and medium enterprises in the NCR, including Ric-Jo International Enterprise, Vino Arsan Enterprises, and Angelique's Crafts of Parañaque City, joined the fair.

MSMEs' total effort is being enunciated by President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. to uplift the economic well-being of every Filipino.
Parañaque City has been a consistent awardee as the most business-friendly LGU finalist for 2017-2020.
The emerging iconic Cinderella City of the Philippines most recently caught global attention for its shocking entry from down nowhere with only P1 billion assets in 2012, into one of the ten richest cities in the Philippines in 2022 with an asset of P27 billion, Parañaque City registered a ten billion-peso increase in its asset after one year of Dr. Eric's administration.
Parañaque City has introduced the online/no contact transaction in granting business permits typical of the eGov Super App. This mobile application can provide multiple services, including payment and financial processing, effectively becoming an all-accomplishing self-contained commerce and communication online platform that embraces many aspects of personal and commercial life.
Dr. Eric Olivarez, the city's mayor, known for his "nurse na at teacher pa" slogan, has added "livelihood" to his primary official interest in life as city chief executive officer. He wants every man and woman in the city to be educated and be employed for self-sufficiency.
For instance, Dr. Eric partnered with Senator Pia Cayetano in the free skills training project on shielded metal arc welding or SHAW through Tesda-Step and a free skills training program.
The program offers a free training allowance, certificate, and booklet and is open to high school graduates aged 18 and above. The training period is for 36 face-to-face days, equivalent to 268 hours.
While he is interested even in little things that make money and can turn a jobless into a self-sufficient human being, Mayor Eric, a doctor of education, of course, has set his sights on bigger things, in fact, massive projects.
The City of Parañaque has become the favorite place for investors. The city is now fast-marching into the iconic Cinderella City of the Philippines.
Indeed, Parañaque has kept its fast-paced growth in the Philippine economy by having its own version of whatever the national government is doing.
During the time of Dr. Eric's Kuya Edwin as city mayor, when the Duterte administration launched its "Build, Build, Build" program, the latter had its own version for the city.
The city government infused P5 billion for infrastructure development in the first three years and another P5 billion in the following five years to complement the national government's considerable investments in Parañaque.
