The Philippine National Police on Friday released reassignment orders for three ranking police officials who have been included in the latest reorganization of the Philippine National Police.
In an order released on Friday, PNP chief Gen. Benjamin Acorda Jr. reassigned PNP Retirement and Benefits Administration Service director, Brig. Gen. Andre Dizon, as acting chief of the Police Regional Office in Bicol.
Dizon previously served as the director of the Manila Police District—which will now be headed by Col. Leon Victor Rosete as acting PRBS director.
Rosete was the former deputy director for administration of the PNP Integrity Monitoring and Enforcement Group.
PRO-5 chief Brig. Gen. Westrimundo Obinque was reassigned as acting chief of the Directorate for Research and Development.
The PNP said reassignment orders will take effect on 11 December.
