A dead woman was found floating in a river in Binangonan, Rizal on Tuesday evening.
The victim, who has yet to be identified, was found dead near a bridge in Barangay Bilibiran.
According to the police, the body was found by a badjao woman who was about to pee in the river. She immediately reported it to a woman who immediately informed the barangays officials.
A construction worker said he saw the victim suffering from epelipsy in the morning before the incident. His wife said that the victim lent a clothes from her and went to the river to take a bath.
Another resident said that he knew the victim has epilepsy and once sheltered to the house of his parents for almost a month. He also said that the victim spoke stutter and seems to be with unsound mind.
Prior to the incident, some bystanders saw the victim alighted to a tricycle on Sunday noon.
As of fresh time, no one can personally identify the full name and address of the victim.
The Binangonan Municipal Police Station said they will coordinate with other police stations as well as other government agencies to seek their assistance in locating the relatives of the victim.
