Operatives of the Manila Police District in hot pursuit of a father who beat to death his daughter finally arrested the suspect for violation of the Comelec gun ban.
Police identified the suspect as Carlo Danny Llorentaga of 140 Sto. Nino, Tondo who caught carrying a gun tucked in his waistline by a patrolling cop.
