PAGASA warns of a high possibility of heavy rainfall over Benguet, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan and Occidental Mindoro from Thursday, 27 August, until Friday due to the southwest monsoon or habagat.

Flood advisories have also been issued for the Agno River Basin and parts of the Cordillera Administrative Region, Ilocos Region, Central Luzon and Mimaropa.

Disaster officials urge residents to remain alert, monitor weather updates and take necessary precautions.
