Operatives of the Manila Police District Police Station 4 have arrested a 27-year-old man who is facing charges in court for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 Wednesday near the railroad tracks in G. Tuazon, Sampaloc, Manila.
Presently detained at the MPD-PS 4 detention facility is the accused identified as Leo Edrales, alias Leo Edranes Quiambao, and resident of 27 #4635 Tagumpay Street, Old Santa Mesa, Sampaloc, Manila.
The arrest is based on the warrant issued by Presiding Judge Danilo Leyva of Manila RTC Branch 175 and Hon. Danilo D. Leyva Presiding Judge, RTC Branch 175 dated 12 September 2023.
No bail was recommended for the temporary freedom of the suspect.
Police are still awaiting the commitment order which will be issued by the judge to transfer him to the Manila City Jail.
