Aside from winning the coveted Miss Universe Philippines 2023 title, Michelle Marquez Dee also won the Best in Evening Gown award.

Dee was a scene-stealer in her elegant one-strap, high-slit wardrobe created by renowned fashion designer Mark Bumgarner during the long gown competition.

Bumgarner congratulated Dee in an Instagram post, "It's been a long road to get you here but here you are! And so well deserved!"

"You gave me full reign in creating your wardrobe and so I thank you for that. And you winning Best in Evening Gown tonight made so happy," the fashion designer said.
