The mother, according to a nurse in the hospital where she was brought, suffered a miscarriage.

Sta. Mesa, Manila
The Manila Police District yesterday said it has traced the parents of a fetus that had been disposed of in the parking lot of a subdivision in Sta. Mesa, Manila.
MPD homicide section chief P/Lt. Dennis Turla said the father, identified as one Anthony Actang, will be held responsible for illegally disposing of the fetus.
The mother, according to a nurse in the hospital where she was brought, suffered a miscarriage.
A worker who found the fetus said it was placed inside a brown box. The discovery was reported to the Plaza Avelino PCP.
A backtracking of closed-circuit TV cameras in the area led to the identification of Actang as the alleged person who disposed of the fetus.
On Thursday afternoon, the body of a man, suspected to be a homicide victim, was fished off Estero de Vitas in Tondo, Manila.
P/SMS Dennis Suba of the MPD homicide section said the body bore gunshot wounds, with the hands taped together.
The man was about 25 to 30 years old, about 5'5" in height and has tattoo markings "Mendoza" and "Austine" on the chest. The remains were brought to the Cruz Funeral Homes.
