A man was shot closely in the head in Las Piñas City Wednesday.
The victim, identified as Noel de Guzman has a warrant of arrest for involvement in illegal drugs.
CCTV footage shows a man wearing a jacket and riding on a motorcycle arriving along F. Santos Street in Barangay Zapote. Another man arrived a few minutes later on another motorcycle, and stopped in front of a house.
The man wearing a jacket came up behind him and the two talked for a few minutes. After the conversation, the rider wearing a jacket suddenly got down from his vehicle, pulled out a gun, and shot De Guzman closely at the back of his head.
The victim immediately fell to the ground while the shooter immediately scampered away.
A sachet of shabu was found by investigators at the crime scene. The victim's mother admitted that her son was involved in illegal drugs, but that he has changed his life.
The police are still looking for the suspect.
