Tucked into the woods along the shoreline near Port Carling, Gordon Bay Cottage was one of the key filming locations for the Muskoka-shot series, which had audiences hooked from its debut this summer.
The cottage is now heading to Airbnb, giving fans the rare chance to live inside the story rather than just watch it.

In Sterling Point, the property belongs to Gordon — the estranged grandfather of the show’s lead, Annie.
After discovering that her grandfather has passed away and left her and her twin brother an island in Muskoka, Annie leaves New York behind and crosses the border to claim her unexpected inheritance.
Fittingly, the real cottage sits near an area actually called Gordon Bay, a small detail that makes the on-screen story feel even more grounded in its Muskoka setting.
The listing itself, located in Mactier within the Township of Georgian Bay, is being billed by Airbnb as “a certain Canadian cottage retreat” — a wink to fans who’ll recognize it instantly. In its announcement,
Airbnb said it’s “opening its doors to yet another fan-favourite retreat” that “may look familiar.”
Discover Muskoka, the region’s official tourism arm, echoed the excitement on social media, confirming simply: “Annie’s Muskoka cottage is officially on Airbnb.”
