  • The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development will award at least 913 individual land titles to families from different parts of the country under the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program.

DHSUD Secretary Jose Ramon Aliling and Social Housing Finance Corp. President Federico Laxa will lead the awarding on Monday, 14 September, under the Enhanced Community Mortgage Program.

The beneficiaries are members of various homeowners and neighborhood associations from different regions.

DHSUD said the ECMP forms part of its push for more people-centered housing programs under the Expanded 4PH.

Since Aliling assumed office last year, the department said 47 ECMP projects have been approved, benefiting about 8,000 families nationwide.
