MEGA BeautyCon 2026 just turned the TriNoma Activity Center into the ultimate beauty carnival, and yes, it was every bit as fun as it sounds! For two whole days on 5 and 6 September, Quezon City became the absolute playground for beauty lovers everywhere—serving as the ultimate destination for a massive, full-blown product testing spree.
Since strutting onto the scene in 2019, MEGA BeautyCon has been the main event bringing top-tier beauty brands, obsessive beauty lovers, popular creators, and industry personalities under one roof. This year, they leaned all the way into the carnival aesthetic, dressing the venue in sleek maroon and white, packing it with photo walls and themed installations, and even bringing out men on stilts.
The dreamy setup turned basic product discovery into the ultimate day out. Attendees wandered through the "carnival," fawning over product booths, from shampoos and lipsticks to holy-grail skincare and essential wellness finds, all while live product demonstrations and insider beauty tips went down on stage.
And can we talk about the beauty bag? Attendees snagged a bingo card that transformed the usual product hunt into a game. Crossing off those required stamps scored you the coveted beauty bag—a tote overflowing with extra goodies to try. Snagging those stamps meant doing the rounds at carnival-themed booths, playing cute mini-games, dropping social media follows, and posting those obligatory Instagram Stories. For beauty shoppers, the vibe was clear: you get to discover products, test out fresh finds, and haul home samples to see what actually deserves a spot in your routine.
Naturally, the convention drew an star-studded lineup of celebrities, personalities, and creators. Spotted in the crowd were MEGA Faces to Watch Reign Parani, Reich Alim, Maureen Montagne, Samantha Panlilio, Ashley Subijano Montenegro, Silvana Rauch, and Naomi Wainwright.
Day 2 kept the energy soaring with even more familiar faces hitting the beauty carnival, including Kyline Alcantara, Barbie Imperial, Skye Chua, Danica Ontengco, Deanna Wong, and Ivy Lacsina. Glam pageant royalty also strutted through, including Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Bea Millan-Windorski, who was repping NewMoon, alongside NewMoon brand ambassador Jasmine Helen Dudley-Scales.
The stacked lineup also featured Cup of Joe’s Gian Bernardino, plus Patricialourel Funtanares and Christian Martinez, who hung out at the Luxe Slim booth right alongside founder Anna Magkawas.
For beauty lovers, that was the appeal of MEGA BeautyCon: the chance to see what’s new, try products firsthand, and take home a few more discoveries to test. After two days of games, beauty finds, and plenty of brand-hunting, the carnival closed with attendees leaving with new products to explore—and, perhaps, a few new favorites in the making.
