    Greco Olivan and Maricar Camacho ruled the Mercury Drug Suki DASH last Sunday, outlasting over 10,000 runners at Filinvest City Alabang.

    Olivan dominated the men’s 10K race, crossing the finish line in 35 minutes and 16 seconds to lead Steven Sta. Ana, who clocked 39:36, and Marcus Ralph Penaranda, who finished in 40:03.

    Camacho likewise topped the women’s 10K with a 42:08 finish, beating Pauline Kaye Escuro, who came in at 46:49, and Mary Joys San Juan, who posted 47:19.

    The event drew more than 10,000 participants and offered more than just a test of speed and endurance, with runners treated to hefty loot bags and various activities throughout the venue.

    Mitsuru Watanabe led the men’s 5K in 17:22, followed by Kurt Erick Montes at 17:50 and Symon Santos at 18:31.

    Jo Punay ruled the women’s 5K in 22:09, finishing well ahead of Mary Jane Olivan, who clocked 26:40, and Kirsten Elisse Sanchez, who posted 27:17.

    In the 3K division, Alec Rowen Garcia edged Vince Andrei Sabandal for the men’s title, clocking 10:25 against Sabandal’s 10:31. Sidro Espinosa finished third in 10:36.

    Karla Marie Superiano topped the women’s 3K in 14:33, followed by Gabriella Liwanag at 16:08 and Liz Ascutia at 16:25.
