Police seized more than P357,000 worth of suspected illegal drugs and arrested a high-value Chinese suspect during an undercover operation at a residential condominium late Thursday night.

Authorities identified the suspect by his alias, “Tiger,” 40, a Chinese national working as an online seller who currently resides in Clark Field, Pampanga.

Joint police teams executed the sting around 11:05 p.m. inside a unit at Marina Seaview Residences in Barangay Tambo.

An undercover officer acting as a buyer completed a transaction with the suspect, prompting backup officers to move in and arrest him.

Law enforcers recovered four heat-sealed plastic sachets containing approximately 50 grams of suspected shabu valued at P340,000, eight tablets of suspected ecstasy valued at P13,000, a sachet of suspected cocaine valued at P3,100, and a sachet of suspected marijuana or kush valued at P900.

Officers also confiscated the buy-bust money, an Android smartphone and a blue pouch used to carry the substances.

Authorities are preparing complaints for the illegal sale and possession of dangerous drugs under Republic Act 9165 for inquest proceedings against the suspect.
