    Fashion and coffee lovers unite!

The official café and restaurant concept by late Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani will open its first ever branch in the Philippines soon.

The Armani Caffè in the Philippines will also become the first of its kind in Southeast Asia, Jerrich Divinagracia, Philippines brand head for EA7 Milan, exclusively told DAILY TRIBUNE.

Currently, Armani’s namesake café operate in major fashion and cultural hubs, including his hometown Milan, also in Paris, Dubai, Tokyo, Beijing, Hong Kong, Doha, Hamburg, Munich, Cannes, Mumbai, Costa Mesa and New York.

According to Divinagracia, the first Southeast Asia branch is already a “done deal” with Ayala Malls, pending the exact location based on space availability, but would probably be housed in Greenbelt 1 or 2, which are currently being rebuilt in Makati City.

Like other Armani Caffé’s in the world, the one in Greenbelt would have Italian furniture from under the Armani Group other than Armani Casa, Divinagracia said.

Similarly, the café would have authentic Italian coffee and brews, but a special menu only exclusive in the Philippines will be rolled out, Divinagracia revealed.
