Porsche Philippines celebrated its 30th anniversary with a one-off 911 Targa 4 GTS and the local debut of the new 911 Turbo S Hybrid at the Porsche EDSA showroom.

PGA Cars has served as the official distributor of Porsche vehicles in the country since 1996. Its three decades with the German marque have covered six generations of the 911, from the 964 to the current 992.

The company also introduced models such as the Boxster, Cayman, Cayenne, Macan, Panamera and Taycan to Filipino buyers.

Several notable cars gathered for the anniversary event. The display included the classic Porsche 356 and 911 from the 930 generation, alongside newer models such as the Cayman GT4 RS. The Carrera GT and 918 Spyder were among the rarer cars in the collection.

The centerpiece was a 911 Targa 4 GTS made to mark Porsche Philippines’ 30th year. Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, the automaker’s customization division in Zuffenhausen, Germany, handled the work based on specifications from PGA Cars.

Its Paint to Sample Pastel Orange finish takes its inspiration from a Philippine sunrise. Gloss black mirror caps, black brake calipers and matching alloy wheels provide contrast.

Porsche decals appear on the doors, while special puddle lamps project the Heritage Design and Icons of Cool logo.

An illuminated door sill plate carries a Porsche Philippines 30 Years inscription. Full leather upholstery, orange stitching and checkered seat inserts continue the anniversary treatment across the cabin.

The Targa 4 GTS uses Porsche’s T-Hybrid system, which combines a 3.6-liter boxer engine with electric assistance. It produces 541 PS and 610 Nm, sent to all four wheels through an eight-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission.

Porsche Philippines also presented the latest 911 Turbo S Hybrid. Its 3.6-liter flat-six works with two electrically assisted turbochargers, an electric motor and a 1.9-kWh battery. Total output reaches 711 PS and 800 Nm.

The all-wheel-drive Turbo S can accelerate from zero to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds and reach 200 km/h in 8.4 seconds. Its top speed is listed at 322 km/h.
