Manulife has expanded its partnership with Microsoft under a new five-year agreement aimed at accelerating the insurer's transformation into an artificial intelligence-powered organization through enhanced AI governance, cloud capabilities, and enterprise-wide deployment of AI tools.
Under the agreement, Manulife will adopt Microsoft 365 E7 Frontier Suite, deploy Microsoft Agent 365, and expand the use of Microsoft 365 Copilot to more than 30,000 employees to support AI solutions across its global operations.
