SM North EDSA has announced the lineup for its Animezing North 2026 program, featuring official activations of several popular anime franchises, including the first Philippine activations of “Solo Leveling” and “Kaiju No. 8.”
Now in its fourth year, Animezing North serves as SM North EDSA’s umbrella initiative for official anime-themed attractions, bringing globally recognized titles to life through curated exhibits, interactive attractions, themed installations and exclusive merchandise at The Block Atrium.
Leading the 2026 lineup is “Solo Leveling,” which runs from 3 to 14 July and marks the franchise’s first official activation in the Philippines.
The program will continue in August with “Kaiju No. 8,” scheduled from 3 to 16 August for its first Philippine activation. This will be followed by the return of “One Piece” from 18 to 30 August, while “Pokémon” is set to make a comeback at SM North EDSA in December during the holiday season.
According to SM North EDSA, the 2026 lineup highlights four of today’s most popular anime franchises, offering fans immersive interactive zones, themed photo opportunities, large-scale installations and official merchandise inspired by each series.
The announcement builds on the success of Animezing North 2025, which featured official activations for “One Piece,” “Pokémon,” “DAN DA DAN” and “Jujutsu Kaisen.” The initiative also received a Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Cultural or Community Events at the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards in Macau.
With the addition of “Solo Leveling” and “Kaiju No. 8,” alongside the return of “One Piece” and “Pokémon,” SM North EDSA aims to further strengthen Animezing North as a destination for official anime experiences in the country.
