The International Property Awards is among the world's leading real estate recognition programs, honoring excellence in architecture, development, design, and real estate across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas, Africa, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

The 2026-2027 Asia-Pacific Property Awards were held on 6 and 7 May at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park in Thailand.

The Observatory, FNG's residential development in Mandaluyong City, received three awards, including a five-star distinction for Best Residential High-Rise Architecture. It also won in the Residential High-Rise Development and Apartment/Condominium Development categories.

The project offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, as well as penthouses, and is located near Metro Manila's major business districts.

Meanwhile, Yume at Riverpark in General Trias, Cavite, earned a five-star award for Best Residential Interior Show Home and was also recognized in the Residential Development 20+ Units category.

Situated within the 600-hectare Riverpark estate, Yume at Riverpark spans 18 hectares and features 296 residential lots ranging from 300 to 527 square meters. The development also offers access to major transport links, including the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX), as well as nearby schools and lifestyle destinations.

Separately, FNG was also recognized by LIXIL Philippines during its recently concluded Philippine Winners and Nominees Dinner, further highlighting the company's achievements in residential development.
