More than P4 million worth of suspected shabu and a pistol were seized from three drug suspects in separate buy-bust operations in Pasig City on Tuesday night, 24 February.
On Tuesday night, two successive drug buy-bust operations were conducted by Pasig City Police Station's Drug Enforcement Unit in Barangays Kapasigan and Sto Tomas in Pasig City.
Arrested in the operation were identified only as alias Clyde, a 20-year-old listed high-value individual; alias Chauncey, 20 years old; and alias To-ton, also a high-value drug individual–all residents of Pasig City.
Confiscated from them were 600 grams of suspected shabu, with an estimated street value of P4,080.000 and a 9mm caliber pistol from one of the suspects.
Complaints for violations of Section 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 and Republic Act 10591 are being readied for filing before the Pasig City Prosecutor’s Office through inquest proceedings.
