Three luxury vehicles linked to controversial contractors Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya and Cezarah Rowena “Sarah” Discaya were sold at a Bureau of Customs (BoC) public auction Wednesday, generating P25.7 million for the government.

The winning bids covered a 2024 Lincoln Navigator, a 2022 Cadillac Escalade ESV, and a 2022 Bentley Bentayga. The proceeds will be remitted to the Bureau of the Treasury to fund public infrastructure and social programs, according to the BoC.

Igorot Stone Kingdom, represented by founder Pio Velasco, acquired the Cadillac Escalade ESV for P6.6 million. This is the second high-profile purchase for the group, which also bought a Rolls-Royce Cullinan at a BoC auction last month.

The other successful bidders were Cantinetta Espresso Concepts, which secured the Lincoln Navigator for P6.9 million, and TDY Consumer Goods Trading, which purchased the Bentley Bentayga for P12.1 million.

Despite the high-profile sales, the auction saw limited participation for the rest of the fleet. Of the 12 vehicles offered, nine failed to attract bidders and were declared a failed bidding.

The unsold inventory includes several elite models, such as a 2024 Ferrari SF90 Stradale (Mansory), a 2023 Rolls-Royce Phantom, a 2022 Mercedes-Benz G650 V12 Biturbo, and a 2024 BMW XM. Other units remaining in BOC custody include a 2018 Lexus LX570, two GMC Yukons, a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, and a 2022 Maserati Levante Modena.

These vehicles were seized as part of ongoing government efforts to recover assets linked to the Discaya couple’s business dealings.
