Ayala Corporation’s logistics arm, AC Logistics, and its telco segment, Globe Telecom, have formalized a partnership that brings together the strengths of both Ayala companies, combining AC Logistics’ warehousing expertise with Globe’s customer service operations to enhance product availability and nationwide connectivity.
The collaboration marks the launch of Globe’s warehousing and distribution operations at AC Logistics’ MCX Warehouse in Muntinlupa.
In a statement, AC Logistics said the collaboration positions it as Globe’s preferred warehousing partner, managing the storage, handling, and dispatch of Globe’s trade materials, SIMs, devices, and retail collaterals to channels and partners across the country.
The ceremony was led by Carlo Puno, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Globe, and Erry Hardianto, President and CEO of AC Logistics, along with Irma Diaz-Guevara, Product Head of AC Logistics Contract Logistics and National Distribution, and executives from both companies.
The event was highlighted by a warehouse blessing and a guided tour showcasing the facility’s state-of-the-art operational capabilities.
“This partnership strengthens a critical part of our operation, ensuring that Globe products reach our customers and partners with consistency and speed,” Puno said. “With AC Logistics, we gain a trusted partner who supports our mission to deliver reliable service where it matters most.”
Located along the Muntinlupa–Cavite Expressway (MCX), the facility serves as a strategic hub for Globe, enabling efficient delivery to Metro Manila and CALABARZON while supporting nationwide distribution routes.
Designed for high-volume, high-accuracy operations, the MCX Warehouse handles inbound receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound distribution for Globe’s trade operations. This ensures store readiness, faster fulfillment of orders from distributors and channels, and improved product availability for customers.
